The Process

• Day 1 - The 50 x 50 grid system complete with a gyro levelled decorative intersection finishing strip, is permanently bonded and mechanically fixed to your roof.
• Day 2 and 3 - The bespoke computer generated sections of 50 mm rigid foam insulation panels and 12.5 mm plasterboard together with two vapour barriers are then installed. Any electrical work required can be done at this stage.
• Day 4 - Plastering takes place. The area is then cleared.

 

After plastering, allow a short period for drying; paint can be applied either by the customer or our painting team.

Please note other systems use thinner sections of insulation and plasterboard.

Roof Cozy can also offer a pre/post conservatory cleaning service undertaken by B.I.C.Sc approved operatives.

Quick Installation

We have a very quick turnaround time, ensuring that there is the minimum of disruption to your enjoyment of your conservatory.

Depending on the size of the conservatory, we can work to a 4 day plan: from installing 50mm high performance composite insulation, to plastering and skimming, a drying day, then the final matt emulsion paint finish.

Bespoke Kits

We also offer a bespoke, computer generated, flat pack kits with all adhesives and fixings for D.I.Y. and trade.

Plastering and painting can be supplied at an extra cost.
